About the Institute of Leadership & Management
The Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) is an awarding body providing leadership and management training at individual, team and organisational levels. The ILM provides managers at all levels with the support they need to develop, through nationally recognised qualifications.

About St John Ambulance
St John Ambulance has over 25 years’ experience of providing education to companies, charities and public sector bodies in a range of training related to First Aid at Work and wider Health & Safety issues. St John Ambulance comprises of a number of purpose-built training centre, complete with lecture rooms, conference and catering facilities, sometimes with residential accommodation, in every county in England. The trainers working within St John Ambulance have specialist knowledge in providing management education specifically tailored to the needs of organisations and individuals.
St John Ambulance intends to focus its efforts as an accredited centre, on educating its leaders and managers eventually across the full range of courses accredited by the ILM.
